I had received a mobile service , my front end was leaking coolant on a fire resource pickup truck and Bryce had me back on the road and through inspection I was good to go. I would like to thank Bryce for his diligence, I called him for a water pump and a tie rod. During the process he found out I needed the timing chain cover replaced as well and im glad he stuck it through it was a tough job and prioritized getting the work done. Id like to highlight It's easy to say not my problem in these situations and move on to the next client, so Bryce if you read this your the man.

We found MCCann Mobile Auto Repair via Google. Our beloved Toyota Sequoia needed an alternator finally after almost 210k miles! We needed it fixed fast because of an upcoming road trip. I sent a request on a Saturday around noon to get a quote. Bryce was in our driveway with the new alternator later that afternoon! He did great work, communicated everything clearly. I appreciated him showing me things as he found them under the car because there were a few bolts plastic clips missing that we were aware of. But it was great that he communicated this to me. His price was reasonable and fair for the work he did. Will definitely hire him again if we ever need. Although, it's a Toyota. So it might be a while! Thanks for everything Bryce!

Bryce & his girlfriend were amazing! I drove over to spokane from Skagit county to visit my dad & my alternator went out. I called Bryce, he sent me over a quote very quickly, was at my dad's house within 2 hours & had the work done within 2 hours. The alternator definitely wasn't easy to get to but he got the job done & im very grateful for the work he did today!

I cannot say enough to express how much I appreciate McCann Mobile Auto Repair. I found myself stranded in Airway Heights 42 miles from my house in a parking lot where strangely enough my serpentine belt had come off. I called the local Napa repair shop and another mobile repair company, both told me they couldn't help me for a week! Bryce came out immediately from the Spokane Valley. A strange chirping was coming from the engine. The cause of the belt issue was a marmot stuck in my engine! He worked at removing the rodent. Eventually a sheriff employee pulled it out with special long protective gloves. Bryce got the belt back on which is not easy on a large diesel engine and I was on my way home. I highly recommend his company!

Bryce seriously came in clutch. He called me back within minutes, showed up the same evening, and quickly confirmed my diagnosis of a no-start issue. The problem ended up being a failed ignition actuator pin. He replaced it and had my car fixed within a the hour. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. After a stressful day, he really came through and got everything resolved quickly. Highly recommend.
